Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9AM to 5PM. We are closed on weekends. You may still leave a message with us and we will return your call on the next business day. On the occasions where we are out of the office for holiday or vacation, we will indicate so on our voice greeting.
We occasionally sell refurbished computers as well as brand-new custom builds for gaming and office administration. Check our “Shop” tab to see our available inventory.
We do not have a storefront location for customers to visit at this time. We are a home-based business. If you’d prefer to pick up or drop off a device to be serviced, please call to schedule an appointment.
We do not replace hardware (screens, batteries, etc) on cell phones or tablets. We do, however, assist with cleaning out junk applications, general troubleshooting, software updates, and even screen protector applications.
We provide on-site repair services for many areas around Central Florida. The areas we most frequent include:
- Floral City
- Crystal River
- Spring Hill
- Beverly Hills
- The Villages
Since we provide on-site service for so many areas in Central Florida, our rates vary by location. Within 20 miles of our Floral City office our normal hourly rate is $80. Areas beyond this incur a higher trip charge to cover the additional travel time.
We do carry replacement computer parts when providing on-site services. Common parts include Solid State Drives (SSDs), RAM, CAT6 Cable, Coax Cable, Wi-Fi Adapters, Routers, Power Supplies and more. If you’re after a specific part, please call us to check if we have it in stock. If not, we can always order it prior to your appointment!
Yes we do! Popular applications such as Microsoft Office and Malwarebytes are always available to purchase. We also provide license keys for Windows 10 cheaper than you’ll find in the big-box stores.
Whether you’re wanting a single support session, or you’re signed up with a remote support plan with us — setup is easy. After providing us with your email address, we’ll send you a link where you can download our ScreenConnect tool. Once installed, we then get verbal permission from you to initiate the remote session.
While the session is active, both the technician and yourself can see your screen as well as interact to better explain the issues you are having us address. Once the session is over, we will securely close the connection.
We provide both options to our customers. We recommend going with the annual option to save yourself some money. If you choose to go monthly, it’s slightly higher price-wise, but you may cancel your service at any time.
We do not provide refunds for monthly or annual remote support plan packages under any circumstance.
Absolutely! We’re happy to provide any advice we can give over the phone — within reason. By this we mean that we’re running a business and cannot stay on the phone for an hour to explain how to fix a bug on your computer or install a piece of hardware pro bono. This breaches the gap between advice and technical support. If something seems too advanced, we’ll recommend you schedule an appointment or remote session with us to better solve your issue.
If you have an old PC that you’re looking to recycle, we will happily take it off your hands. We will first remove your hard drive, which contains all your personal data, and leave it with you. The rest of the machine we will recycle locally. This service is no extra cost to your appointment.
We do not recycle printers. It’s best to leave them out for the trash truck or bring them to your local landfill.
On average, a typical on-site repair takes anywhere from 1 to 2 hours.
