Our normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM. We are closed on weekends. You may still leave a message with us and we will return your call on the next business day. On the occasions where we are out of the office for holiday or vacation, we will indicate so on

Do You Repair Cell Phones?

We do not replace hardware (screens, batteries, etc) on cell phones or tablets. We do, however, assist with cleaning out junk applications, general troubleshooting, software updates, and even screen protector applications.

How Much Does A Service Call Cost?

Since we provide on-site service for so many areas in Central Florida, our rates vary by location. Within 20 miles of our Floral City office our normal hourly rate is $100. Areas beyond this incur a higher trip charge to cover the additional travel time.
