Whether you’re wanting a single support session, or you’re signed up with a remote support plan with us — setup is easy. After providing us with your email address, we’ll send you a link where you can download our ScreenConnect tool. Once installed, we then get verbal permission from you to initiate the remote session.
While the session is active, both the technician and yourself can see your screen as well as interact to better explain the issues you are having us address. Once the session is over, we will securely close the connection.
